Bob Mucha

Director of Golf, PGA Professional

Bob has been a member of the PGA for more than 35 years, having been elected in 1993. His accomplishments include winning the Bermuda Open in 1986, being named the 2014 Merchandiser of the Year in the Northeast New York PGA, earning Connecticut Section Senior Player of the Year honors in 2020, and most recently winning the Connecticut Senior PGA Championship in 2025.

Under Bob’s leadership over the past 12 years, Edgewood has continued to thrive and grow. His vision is to make Edgewood Golf Course one of the most family-friendly courses in Western Massachusetts. Bob’s professional mission is to share his love of the game with others so they can experience the fulfillment golf has brought to his life.

Joshua Lennie

Golf Course Superintendent

Joshua Lennie is a dedicated and innovative leader with a unique professional background. He began his career as a professional soccer player, making his debut at age 16, before transitioning into coaching in the United States, including work with Connecticut Football Club and Division I soccer at Quinnipiac University.

While coaching, Joshua volunteered with a grounds crew, sparking a passion for turf management that ultimately led him into the profession full-time.

Joshua holds a diploma in Turf Management from UMass and brings a science-driven, sustainability-focused approach to course care. His work emphasizes improving course health, playability, and visual appeal through thoughtful maintenance practices, seasonal planning, and ongoing enhancements to the greens and overall course conditions.
